Healthcare workers in England are being sent kits to their homes, with samples sent to one of three new labs. It's part of a collaboration involving Amazon, the Royal Mail and Boots, as well as research labs and universities.

Staff at a West Midlands school have been putting their unexpected time away from the daily classroom-based curriculum to good use.They've been helping make protective equipment for the NHS, such as masks and face shields.

Ingredients:

chopping board for duck

Dried:
Kampot Pepper
Dried Chilli
Bay Leaves 
Wet: 
Lemon Grass
Garlic
Ginger
Corriander with Root          
Dressing:
Fish Sauce
Light Soy Source
Dark Soy Source
Oyster Oil

Prep:         notebook for cooking

1. Crush all dried ingredients with the pestle and
    mortar
2. Cut wet ingredients; crush with the pestle and
    mortar
3. Mix dried and wet ingredients
4. Wash and clean chicken wings, dry with kitchen
     roll
5. Pickle wings and leave in the fridge overnight
6. Roast for 40mins at 180 ℃
Dipping Souce:
1. Pan fry Thai rice until golden brown, no oil
    needed; crush and grand 
2. Pan fry Thai rice without adding oil until golden
    brown; crush and grand
3. Blend with tamarind source, fish sauce, red chilli
    and shredded coriander
